Wo gibt es mehr Nachhaltigheit und Regionalit\u00e4t als in den Gem\u00fcseanbaugebieten rund um Innsbruck mit Blick auf die Stadt. Mein Dank gilt den kleinstrukturierten Bauernfamilien, die mit wenigen Erntehelfern die Felder noch mit der Familie bearbeiten, das Gem\u00fcse, die Salate ernten, sortieren und verpacken. Hier befinden wir uns auf den Felder unseres TLP Partners Josef Schirmer in Rum.
